If you want to connect your wearables to the application, we will request permissions to access the necessary data, ensuring that services like Health Connect on Android and Apple Health on iOS are installed on your device. If you're using an Android device, we will also request additional permissions to enable seamless data synchronization in the background.

FITNESS DATA PERMISSIONS

We collect fitness diagnostics data from your synced wearables to improve user experience and provide personalized services for our trackers. The data collected may include physical activity levels, and other fitness-related metrics. For an example our "Step Tracker" will use Steps Record for the functionality of the widget.

My site may contain links to and from the websites of my partner networks, advertisers and other third parties. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that they have their own privacy policies and that I do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. As with any exercise program you assume certain risks to your health and safety. Any form of exercise program can cause injuries, and my programs are no exception. It is possible that you may become injured doing the exercises in your program, especially if they are done with poor form. Although thorough instruction is included for each exercise.

Be aware that our programs (like any other exercise program) do involve a risk of injury. If you choose to participate in these risks, you do so of your own free will and accord, knowingly and voluntarily assuming all risks associated with such exercise activities. These risks may also exist for those who are currently in good health right now.

The Embodied Collective will not tolerate abusive or derogatory comments towards the Coach and/or the Coaching clientele on social media or any other media outlets.

You understand that any use of the above will result in termination of your coaching agreement with no refunds.

You agree not to promote violence, humiliate, threaten, harass, discriminate, or anything in this nature on social media and/or towards your Coach and other clients.

EXPECTATIONS

The Embodied Collective expects you to take your training sessions seriously and display a high degree of caution and safety when performing exercises. 

Whilst The Embodied Collective will be there to support you, it is your sole responsibility to ensure you are completing your program to achieve maximum results.

1;1 VIP CHECK-INS

1:1 clients; consistent check-ins serve as a pivotal component of your coaching journey with The Embodied Collective. You are responsible for ensuring that your check-in is completed every week/month on the allocated check-in day and time. You understand that if check-ins aren’t completed by the deadline, you may miss the opportunity to receive feedback that week/month.

PHOTOS + VIDEO RELEASE

The Embodied Collective may use videos and/or photos of the client on their social media pages to market The Embodied Collective and promote services.

At any time, the client may advise The Embodied Collective that they feel uncomfortable with the sharing of their photos and/or videos. The Embodied Collective will be understanding of this choice.

The Embodied Collective does not supply compensation for posts.

PRODUCTS/ SERVICES

If you are provided or purchase a product/ service including but not limited to e-books, meals plans, nutrition guides, spreadsheets, app guides, etc you understand that you are not permitted to copy or distribute it.

If you have been found to do so, your entitlement to our services will be instantly removed.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND OWNERSHIP

You understand that you cannot copy, publish or reproduce any intellectual property inclusive but not limited to the Business logo and trademarks, the website, products, e-books or any other resource provided to you by us.

DEFAMATION

You understand that you are solely responsible for your progress with The Embodied Collective. You agree to listen to advice provided by The Embodied Collective.

You agree that you will not defame The Embodied Collective if you do not receive your expected results. You understand that achieving your results is solely your responsibility.

EMAIL MARKETING

Upon signing up for online coaching services, you hereby consent to being added to the email mailing list of The Embodied Collective. You acknowledge that you may receive promotional and informational emails from The Embodied Collective, and may opt-out of the mailing list at any time by following the unsubscribe link provided in the emails.

The Embodied Collective agrees to protect the privacy of your personal information and will not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

IMPORTANT RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION BILLING INFORMATION/MINIMUM COMMITMENT PERIODS

If you purchase any of my program/memberships you will be automatically charged every period and you will continue to receive new updated meal plans and workout programs for the time that you choose to remain a client. In order to cancel your subscription simply send an email to [email protected] at least 7 days prior to your next billing date (please note the below minimum commitment periods will apply).

1:1 Coaching membership programs with Renee require a 12-week minimum commitment. 

Base membership programs require a minimum 8-week commitment. 

CANCELING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

VIP 1:1 Coaching Memberships

You are required to commit to a minimum of 12 weeks. If you decide to cancel within this period, the minimum commitment fee will apply. After the 12-week commitment, all services will continue until canceled. To cancel your subscription, we require 7 days' notice prior to your next billing cycle. Please email [email protected] at least 7 days before your next billing date to cancel.

Base Memberships

You are required to commit to a minimum of 8 weeks. If you decide to cancel within this period, the minimum commitment fee will apply. After the 8-week commitment, all services will continue until canceled. To cancel your subscription, we require 7 days' notice prior to your next billing cycle. Please email [email protected] at least 7 days before your next billing date to cancel.

PAYMENT

You will be required to pay for your services via Stripe direct debit. You will receive a payment link(s) for your selected services, containing the agreed-upon price. By clicking the payment link(s) and completing your initial installment, you’re confirming your acceptance of the specified price.

Please note that a 2.9% surcharge + $0.30 transaction fee may apply.

You agree to the selected payment frequency and confirm that you will always have sufficient funds in your bank account to cover your service fee. If you have insufficient funds on a recurring basis, it may result in termination of future services.

We may at any time, at our discretion, adjust the cost of your online coaching at the end of your minimum commitment period. If this is to occur, we are required to provide you at least 14 days’ notice in writing to your nominated email address. This will come into effect in your next payment following the end of the notice period.

PAUSE PERIODS

The Embodied Collective is understanding of personal commitments and holidays. Therefore, you are able to request a pause period of your online coaching service.

Following the minimum commitment, a pause period of 2 weeks is approved over a yearly period. You will be required to give at least 7 days’ notice prior to your next billing cycle to implement this pause This is to be provided in writing via email to [email protected].

If you are subscribed to a VIP  1:1 Coaching Membership, your coach also retains the choice to suspend your individual coaching sessions and check-ins for a duration of up-to 4 weeks per year, in which case, your payments may be reduced for the 4 week period. Throughout this period, your access to your meal and workout programs stays active. You will be notified in advance if this action is to be taken.

CHALLENGES

If you wish to participate in one of our challenges you will not be able to upgrade or downgrade your membership during the challenge period. (i.e. if you are currently on our Training and Nutrition membership you will not be able to downgrade to our Training Only or Nutrition Only Membership until the challenge is complete).

CONTRACT AGREEMENT

By signing your acceptance, you agree to above and the following:

A. I acknowledge and agree to the non-refundable sign-up fee prior to commencing services.

B. I acknowledge and understand the minimal contractual term and cancellations processes pertaining to this period.

C. I acknowledge the cancellation periods and billing processes involved in Online Coaching, inclusive of additional and reoccurring surcharges.

D.I agree to uphold this financial commitment to The Embodied Collective.

E.I acknowledge and agree to the notice period and timeframes in relation to Pause Periods in Online Coaching Services.

F. I acknowledge that actions taken regarding my training nutrition are entirely my responsibility and liability does not fall to The Embodied Collective.

G.I acknowledge that as a prerequisite I have provided The Embodied Collective with all the required and necessary medical information for my safety and overall well-being whilst undertaking the coaching service.

H.I acknowledge that I will listen and be truthful about how I am feeling and overall well-being whilst on the coaching service.

I. I acknowledge that The Embodied Collective will do everything reasonable to keep me accountable to my goals, however, I am solely responsible for this duty.

J. At any time during this coaching agreement, it is the sole responsibility of myself to have general check-ups with my practitioners and health services and give any feedback to The Embodied Collective about how I am presenting.

K. I acknowledge that all plans and nutritional advice are guidance only, based on peer reviewed research and general knowledge applicable to the public.

L. I acknowledge and understand the photo and video release conditions and will advise The Embodied Collective if I do not want my photos and/or videos to be displayed for marketing.

M. I acknowledge and agree to be added to the email mailing list of The Embodied Collective and to receive promotional and informational emails. I understand that I may opt-out of the mailing list at any time by following the unsubscribe link.
